*Chapter 8 of the Laws of 2000 eliminated fractional assessments in Maryland beginning on October 1, 2000. This process will be complete by July 1, 2001. Our real property data search now shows full value assessments and adjusted use-value values for all properties. Note that assessment amounts for 7/1/2000 are still shown at the fractional assessments that were in effect at that time.
