KAL Software, LLC., maintains a searchable database of Tennessee real estate information and sales data extracted from county Property Assessor's files at http://www.tnrealestate.com  As of October 1, 1998, KAL became a fee based service, but basic registration is still free. Same information is available at http://www.assessment.state.tn.us/. The Tennessee County Trustee Association has links to many of the counties in the state which are online searchable here
